At Cottcot, we strive to get your orders to you quickly and efficiently. Here's what you need to know:

• Orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Standard delivery takes 5-7 working days and costs SGD 5 for orders below SGD 60. Free delivery for orders above SGD 60.
• Express same-day delivery is available for SGD 30.

• Shipping rates are estimated during checkout and may be adjusted after order confirmation.
• We'll notify you if there's a shipping top-up required.
• Delivery times vary depending on your location.

• For international orders, import taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility.
• These fees are charged by your local government and not Cottcot.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive your package. If you request delivery personnel to leave the parcel unattended, Cottcot is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

• If you need to update your shipping address, email hello.cottcot@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order with the subject "CHANGE OF ADDRESS".

• We'll send you an email when your order ships out.
