Cancellation and Refund Policy
After payment, Cottcot does not accept cancellation or refund requests. However, we accommodate returns and exchanges under specific conditions.
Returns and Exchanges
You can return or exchange items purchased online within 7 days of receipt if:
1. The item is defective due to manufacturing process.
2. You received the wrong item.
Items must be in original condition with tags attached, unworn/unused, and purchased directly from Cottcot.
Return/Exchange Process
1. Email us at hello.cottcot@gmail.com with order number and reason.
2. Provide clear pictures of defects or wrong item details.
3. Items will be inspected upon receipt.
Store Credit
Store credit will be issued for returns/exchanges if items are no longer in stock. Store credit is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
Refund Policy
1. Original shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.
2. Returned items must be in original condition with tags attached.
3. Items showing wear/tear are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
Conditions
1. Sale items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
2. Pet accessories that have been used are non-returnable.
3. Cottcot reserves the right to inspect items before processing returns/exchanges.
